Jinny is a residential architect licensed and registered in the State of Washington.  Her passion is designing beautiful homes while meeting her clients' needs.  She enjoys the design process and helping people with her expertise.  Most of her works are custom new homes, additions and remodels in the greater Seattle and east side.  Her services include design and permitting residential projects including new homes, second story additions and ADU's.

Little bit more about Jinny:

She was born and raised in Seoul where most residences are high rise apartments and condominiums.  She has lived in Seoul, Singapore, Virginia, Boston, Oregon and Washington State in all kinds of housing.  After graduating University of Oregon with architecture degree, she moved to Washington state and has worked at small, medium and large firms.  While working for a residential specializing  firm in Seattle, she fell in love with residential architecture and she now focus on custom homes.  She has been practicing architecture and living in Bellevue, Washington over 16 years.
